We have an in house staff of experienced high level interviewers who have successfully recruited a large number of consumer and executive level focus groups. Our specialty is locating top level executives for either telephone interviews or focus groups.
Our consumer focus groups are recruited using our database, where respondents are selected from cross street directories. We do this to avoid recruiting "professional" respondents who are tuned in to focus group research. We also continually update our database to avoid using respondents more than once. This also allows you to have the "purest" groups possible.
THA keeps you informed throughout the recruiting process by sending you daily summary report forms to limit hidden "surprises" when it comes time for the groups.
We send out letters and do strong confirming by telephone prior to the groups to ensure that there are a sufficient number of respondents in each group.
All respondents are re-screened upon arrival at the facility to ensure that the proper participants have been recruited.
